Nestled along the ever-bustling Jalan Kemuja in Bangsar, The Lankan Crabs was established in March 2020. Serving up authentic Sri Lankan flavours in a cosy traditional ambience, our restaurant quickly grew a following of ardent patrons.
The Lankan Crabs was born from our inspiration during a trip to Sri Lanka, which ignited a passion to bring forth the authentic taste of Ceylon to our home in Kuala Lumpur through one of the island’s culinary emblems -crabs.
Our story is an unveiling of passion, unique flavours and rich, cultural heritage. Delighted by our food experience in the Streets of Colombo, we made it our quest to introduce Sri Lanka’s exquisite cuisine to the Malaysian Palate.
